  • 300g diced fried bacon

  • 1 cup cream cheese (200 g)
  • 2 cups (tea) milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese

In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the potato slices in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve. For cream, mix together cream cheese, milk and eggs in a bowl.   • 1 garlic clove with peel

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package powdered vegetable seasoning

  • 1 cup cream cheese (200 g)

  • 5 chopped potatoes
  • Salt, pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 can of sour cream (300 g)
  • 1 can of milk (use an empty cream can to measure)
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup minced smoked chicken
  • 200 g diced bacon
  • 1 cup (tea) of Catupiry® cottage cheese
  • grated parmesan cheese for sprinkling
  • 1 cup potato chips (for topping)

Preparation mode

  • 3 potatoes, boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup ham (chopped)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 pitted chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Hard boiled eggs and chopped parsley for garnish

Cream

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup (tea) olive oil
