- 500 grams grated raw cassava
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 50 grams of grated parmesan
- 100 grams grated coconut
- 1 spoon baking powder

First, rub 500 grams of cassava and a book. Now add 4 eggs into a bowl and beat well. then add 2 cups sugar, 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon butter. Whisk the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Use a stand mixer, mixer or blender.
Then add to the mixture 50 g grated parmesan, 100 g coconut. and mix the ingredients. Currently, add the grated cassava to the mixture and finally the baking powder. Pour the dough into greased form and send to the oven preheated to 180º for 40 minutes.. Finally, take it out of the oven, wait for it to cool down and carefully remove the mold.
