  • 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) milk
  • 5 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

In a bowl, season the chicken with salt and pepper and set aside. In a saucepan, dissolve the onion soup powder in the milk and heat over low heat, stirring, until thickened. Switch off and book.   • 4 halves of boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup broccoli (cooked and chopped)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened corn flakes, chopped

Preparation mode

Cut open the chicken breast fillet with a sharp knife, forming a rectangle. Gently tap the fillets between the two plastic sheets with a mallet until they are the same thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Mix cheese with broccoli and divide among 4 fillets. Wrap the breast over the filling and secure with toothpicks.   • 150 g diced bacon
  • 600 g diced chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

  • 1 pack of sour cream (200g)
  • Salt, pepper and chopped green onions to taste
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation mode

In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Take out and dry on absorbent paper. Fry chicken breast in bacon fat and set aside.
