Chicken rice dish is one of the most popular dishes served on dinner tables, especially in Arab countries, whether in restaurants or at home. This dish is prepared in many ways and flavors, two of which we will mention.
Chicken rice in the oven
A kilogram of chicken fillet. A piece of chicken broth. Half a teaspoon of black pepper. A teaspoon of cumin. A teaspoon of coriander. A teaspoon of turmeric. A quarter teaspoon ground cardamom. A teaspoon of oil. A few drops of lemon juice.
Two cups of rice. A century of hot green pepper. Half a bell pepper, cut into large pieces. Cinnamon stick. Three grains of cardamom. Three cloves of garlic. Two tablespoons of butter or butter. Half a teaspoon of salt.
How to get ready
Combine black pepper, ground cardamom, oil, lemon juice, turmeric, coriander, and cumin. Put the chopped chicken into the resulting mixture and leave for an hour. Remove the form from the chicken and brown it a little.
Rice tray with chicken and cream
Two cups of rice. Medium onion, finely chopped. Cream package. Four tablespoons of liquid cheese. A piece of colored bell pepper, cut into slices. a pinch of salt. A pinch of spice mix. Appropriate amount of grated mozzarella cheese. a spoonful of oil. A piece of chicken broth. glass of water. Two hundred grams of chopped chicken breast.
How to get ready
Heat some oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the bouillon cube, stirring until well dissolved. Add rice and water, cover the pot with a lid and stir continuously for a minute. Put the resulting mixture on medium heat and leave for a quarter of an hour until it boils completely. Pour some oil into a skillet over medium heat and add the onion, stirring well until wilted. Add pepper and chicken, continuing to stir until the color of the ingredients changes. Add salt, pepper and spices. Leave the resulting mixture on fire until fully cooked. Add liquid cheese and cream with constant stirring. Place the rice in a special oven tray and top with the chicken and cream mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. We put the baking sheet in a preheated oven over medium heat and leave for a quarter of an hour until it turns red and changes color.
