For mass:

2 cups cocoa powder;
4 egg whites;
4 egg yolks;
1 cup of peanut tea without peel;
2 cups of tea with sugar;
1 glass of oil;
2 cups of wheat flour tea;
1 cup of tea with milk;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;

For filling:
600 grams of sap;
1 can of condensed milk;
1 jar of cream;

On the roof:
8 tablespoons of sugar;
1 glass of water;
8 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
200 grams of sour cream;
1 tablespoon margarine.

Preparation mode

First, separate the yolks and whites of the eggs. In a blender, add egg yolks, peeled peanuts, and butter. Let it beat for two minutes to break up the peanuts well and form a moist flour.

Whip the egg whites in a mixer and add the sugar. Shortly thereafter, take the crushed flour in a blender and add it to the mixer on medium power for three minutes. We also place wheat flour, chocolate powder, milk and yeast in the mixer.

Now beat for another five minutes to combine and form a homogeneous mass. Put half the dough into two equal cake pans, into each of them and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature, i.e. 180ºC.

While the cake is baking Prepare filling and topping. Place the pasok on a plate or bowl and use a fork to mash and crumble completely. Then add condensed milk and cream. Mix well and let it brew in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Before assembling the cake, prepare the syrup, pre-caramelized with sugar and mixed with margarine. When it boils, stir to make a thicker syrup. Soon after, add the milk cream and milk powder and mix again.

Remove the two cake pans from the oven and, while they are still hot, spread the pasok filling on top of one of the halves. Put the second part of the cake on top and cover with icing. Then just grab it and serve it warm or wait for it to cool to your liking. Enjoy every bite of this pleasure!
