Ingredients

– 1 chopped chicken breast
– 1 tablespoon white wine
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 spoon of green onions
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1/2 girl’s finger
– 1 teaspoon sesame
– 1/3 cup hot oil
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 dessert spoon of dark vinegar
– 1 teaspoon muscovado
– coriander as needed

Training

Mix the first portions of white wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce and leave the chicken slices to marinate in it. Meanwhile, combine green onions, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley and sesame seeds in a metal bowl. Carefully add hot oil. Mix the rest of the ingredients, except for the cilantro, and set aside.

In a very hot pan, fry the chicken, add the first oil mixture and mix well, finally the second mixture and leave until it reaches the desired creaminess. Add cilantro from heat and serve immediately.
