Hi Zana is always up to date with food trends to bring her here at Cozinha Viva and she has a salad recipe that goes viral they call it Green Goddess Salad based on cabbage and cucumber drizzled with super sauce what is it amazing…let’s try it?

Ingredients:

½ white cabbage
1 cucumber
½ white onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped green onion
fresh basil leaves
50g walnuts
50g cashew
1 tea cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method: It is very practical, cut cabbage and cucumber into cubes, put in a salad bowl and set aside, put garlic cloves, walnuts and cashews in a food processor or blender, I suggest basil, onion, gradually add this along with olive oil of olive oil, ideally to the sauce was nice to your liking, add salt and pepper if you think there is a need ok, if you want to put some green onions to process along with the sauce, feel free, then mix the dressing along with the cabbage and cucumber, and sprinkle the salad with desired amount of green onions and enjoy
