You will need the following ingredients:
- 4 medium whole eggs;
- 3 cups milk (630 ml);
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter without a slide;
- 2 cups of tea with sugar;
- 1 cup mimosa cornmeal (thinner)
- ½ cup wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon of powdered chemical baking powder;
- 100 g of grated semi-hard cheese.
Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Whisk until the mixture is very smooth, about 3 minutes.
Grease a baking sheet with butter and cornmeal (or flour) and pour all the cream from the blender into the pan. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180ºC and wait until cool. After cooling, remove from the mold and place on a baking sheet.
