For the dough for this cake, you will need eggs, coconut milk, wheat flour, whole milk, sugar, grated parmesan, margarine and yeast. Just mix the ingredients and bake for up to 30 minutes.

- 200 ml whole milk
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tea cup sugar
- 50 g grated coconut
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Use a blender to blend whole milk, coconut milk, margarine and sugar. Then add grated Parmesan, wheat flour, grated coconut and baking powder and beat again.
When it becomes homogeneous, transfer it to a greased and floured form. Then put it to bake on a fire preheated to 200 degrees and wait about 30 minutes, the cake should turn golden. Let cool before removing from mold and serving.
