  • 1 kg skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 packets powdered poultry seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Fried cassava for accompaniment

Preparation mode:

Season the chicken with seasoning powder. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over high heat and fry the chicken. Add onion and sauté 3 minutes. Pour in water and add chicken broth. Cover the pot with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes after pressure starts. Relieve pressure, open the pot and transfer the chicken to a plate.

  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced cassava
  • 2 cups potatoes (peeled into cubes)
  • 1 cup carrots (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation mode:

  • 4 potato cubes
  • 3 diced carrots
  • 20 chopped pods
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 onions (1 grated and 1 chopped)
  • 4 chopped boiled eggs
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 cup (tea) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced bacon
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 large box of ready-made tomato sauce (520 g)
  • 15 peeled and seeded tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 pack of spaghetti (500 g)

  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
