Peanut Cake
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons margarine
2 tea cups of sugar
4 whole eggs
1 cup roasted and ground peanuts
3 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 cups milk tea
2 tablespoons of yeast
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup grated coconut
Preparation mode:
In a mixer, beat margarine with sugar until creamy.
Continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time.
Then, in order, add 1/2 cup peanuts and 3 cups wheat flour, alternating with milk, continue beating, and then add the yeast.
Grease the form with oil and put in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
After baking, remove from oven and still hot, top with 1 can of condensed milk and sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup peanuts, and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Let cool and refrigerate.
