1 1/4 liters vegetable broth
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
400 g lentils with food (brown), boiled and drained

2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 cloves minced garlic

Make Green Bean and Chard Soup
Put the beans in a bowl, pour boiling water and leave for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water, drain, peel and get rid of the skin.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add the garlic and carrots and stir for 2 minutes, then add the broth and lentils, stir until smooth, then bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce the heat to medium and leave over low heat with a lid on for 10 minutes or until carrots soften.
Add the beans and chard and cook for 2 minutes or until the chard is wilted, season with salt and pepper, ladle the soup into bowls and drizzle with oil.
