Chicken steak with cream sauce and mushrooms
Ingredients: Five hundred grams of chicken fillet. Two tablespoons of red vinegar. Two tablespoons of olive oil. Half a teaspoon of black pepper. A little chopped parsley for garnish.
Half a cup of chicken broth. Two tablespoons of butter. Small onion, finely chopped. Two teaspoons of minced garlic. Two hundred grams of fresh champignons, sliced. A small spoonful of salt. ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Cup of cooking cream. Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Tablespoon of mustard. Half a teaspoon of hot sauce.
How to get ready
Season chicken strips with vinegar, olive oil and black pepper. Preheat a skillet, then fry the chicken pieces in it over high heat, flipping on both sides until they are golden brown. Reduce heat and continue stirring until chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan, add the butter and sauté the onion over low heat with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Add the garlic and sauté, then add the mushrooms and stir. Add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cream and stock, then let the ingredients simmer until thick and thick. Return the chicken strips and let them soak in the sauce a little. Place the chicken steak in a suitable serving dish, then spread the sauce over it, garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
