Sueli was born in João Pessoa and has been living in the capital of Goiás for 20 years. She opened a business in her garage, and since then, tapioca stuffed with meat, chicken and other types has been a success.

- green onions to taste
- parsley to taste
- Banana frying oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon or more (per rice) tapioca gum
- 2 slices Minas cheese or (abomasum fried in butter)
- 2 plantain slices (fried in oil)
Season the lizard to taste with salt and pepper. Boil the meat in a pressure cooker, prick with a fork and fry in the sauce left over from the roast. For frying add onions, parsley and green onions.
Put the pan on the heat, add the tapioca gum and run a spoon over the surface to keep the dough even. Wait a few minutes to turn the dough over. The tip is to have another pan on the side with a bit of mozzarella on the bottom when flipping, which forms a cheesy crust on the tapioca.
Then just fill it out. Add Minas cheese or cottage cheese (fried in traditional oil), then add meat, cheese, banana (also fried in oil). And finally close the tapioca as if it were a pastel. And it’s done! Just delight.
