This Saturday Chef JPB (16) is teaching you how to make a chocolate cake recipe. The reporter Hildebrando Neto showed step by step the baker Tais Diaz.
- 2 eggs
- 360 g sugar
- 160 ml oil
- 300 ml milk
- 30 ml vinegar
- 360 g wheat flour without yeast
- 150 g chocolate powder 50%
- 10 g sodium bicarbonate
- some salt
Mix milk with vinegar (buttermilk) and leave for about 10 minutes to get the right texture (milk with whipped cream). Place the eggs, butter and sugar in a mixer until they are well mixed and smooth. Sift all the powders, flour, chocolate, bicarbonate and salt.
Remove the mixture from the mixer and alternately add the powders and buttermilk, mixing well with the fue, until the dough is smooth. Put the finished dough in a greased form, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 creams
- 6 spoons of chocolate powder 50%
- 60 g chopped chocolate
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, place over medium heat and stir until you get a creamy syrup. While still warm, place on top of the cake.
