Coconut Cake Ingredients
- 4 eggs (whites and yolks separately)
- 1 cup boiling milk
- 2 tea cups of sugar
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 01 small glass of coconut milk
- can of condensed milk
- 01 can of sour cream
- 1 scoop whole milk
- 1 sachet of coconut

To make this delicious coconut cake, you will need to take the whites and beat them in a mixer. After this procedure, introduce the yolks one at a time, whisking, take sugar with spoons and add, continuing to beat. Having done this, turn off the mixer, put soda and wheat flour gradually mix, alternating one with the other. At the end, carefully add the baking powder. Finally, pour the dough into a medium mold greased with flour and butter.
After this procedure, it’s time to bake: put in a preheated oven and leave for 40 minutes on fire at 80 °. As soon as you insert a toothpick and nothing comes out of the dough, the cake is ready.
But while the cake is baking, prepare the glaze: take a bowl and put coconut milk, condensed milk, cream and whole milk. Once the cake comes out of the oven, take a fork and pierce the entire surface, toss the mixture over the top. Then throw the coconut flakes, wait for it to cool and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After this time, you can serve as you wish.
