Nosso Campo Recipe: Learn How to Make Delicious Chicken Moqueca

  • 2 large tomatoes;
  • 1 large onion, sliced;
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into slices;
  • 2 chopped carrots;
  • 1 can of green corn;
  • 1 jar of cream;
  • 1 bottle 200 ml coconut milk;
  • Green smell to taste;
  • Saffron;
  • Thyme;
  • grated pepperoni;
  • some salt;
  • Olive oil to taste;
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed and marinated in olive oil
  • 1 kg chicken fillet.
  • Cut the chicken pieces in half, but be careful not to make them too thin. We send it to the pan, put a little oil and wait until the meat is sealed;
  • Remove the chicken from the pan, add water to the container and add the garlic and oil;
  • Put the chicken pieces back into the pan, add the onion slices, tomato, potatoes, carrots, and some corn;
  • Add pepperoni, thyme and saffron. Next cream and coconut milk;
  • Toward the end, do not forget the spices and the smell of greens;
  • Once assembled, let it simmer in the pot for 30 minutes.
