  • 250 g chopped bacon
  • 1 cup green olives (chopped)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 can of prepared tomato sauce
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup cream cheese (200 g)
  • 2 large chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can of dried corn
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 kg boiled potatoes and mashed potatoes

Preparation mode

Saute bacon and onion in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add garlic, chicken breast, tomatoes, olives and tomato sauce and cook for 8 minutes over low heat.   • 1 pack of noodles (500 g)
  • basil leaves for decoration
  • 100 g grated mozzarella cheese

Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 500 g diced chicken breast
  • 1 glass (tea) of water
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce (340 g each)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

Boil pasta in a saucepan according to package directions, drain and set aside. For the sauce, heat a pressure cooker over medium heat with oil and sauté the onion and chicken for 5 minutes. Add water, chicken broth, cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes after pressure starts. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.   • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
  • 600 g diced chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 red onion in petals
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 diced red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli in bunches
  • 1 carrot, cut diagonally
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (shoyu)
  • chopped green onion to taste

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (tea) hot water
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pack of sour cream (200g)

Preparation mode

Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Add 1 slice mozzarella to 1 slice ham and fold in half. Place in the center of each fillet and sprinkle with oregano. Roll up like a roll and secure with toothpicks.

Heat the butter in a pressure cooker over high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove and reserve.

  • 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) cornmeal
