This is a salad in which black-eyed peas and cod are mixed. Too tasty.

Salad Been with cod Fradinho
Beans: 300 g
Cod, desalted, chopped and boneless: 250 g
Chopped yellow bell pepper: 1/3 cup
Crushed red bell pepper: 1/3 cup tea
Chopped orange pepper (can be green): 1/3 cup tea
Chopped parsley, ground black pepper, salt and olive oil to taste
juice of 1 lemon;
Red onion, chopped: 1/2
Chopped celery: 1 small stalk
Chopped olives (I used green ones, they were in the fridge): 40g
Place black-eyed peas in 1 liter of water in a pressure cooker. Count 20 minutes after receiving pressure and strain the beans. Do not leave for more than 20 minutes as the beans may become too soft and fall apart.
Put 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan. Saute the onion well until translucent. Add cod and lemon juice. Fry well.
Add chopped peppers and celery. Fry for another three minutes. Switch off and book.
Arrange black-eyed peas on a platter. Season with salt and oil.
Add fried cod, olives and chopped parsley. Stir and adjust salt and oil to taste. It can be served immediately or chilled. This is delight.
