How to make this melt-in-your-mouth cookie
- 1 box or can of condensed milk (395 grams)
- 500 grams of cornstarch
- 2 spoons of powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons butter
To make these melt-in-your-mouth cookies, do the following: Pour condensed milk, 2 tablespoons grated coconut, 2 tablespoons milk powder, and 500 grams cornstarch into a bowl.
Mix the ingredients with a spoon, do this until they are well mixed. After this step, add 2 tablespoons of butter and mix a little more with a spoon.
In the next step, you will need to knead the cake with your hands. Do this until the dough starts to fall behind your hands. At this stage, we separate portions from the dough and form small balls.
To convert these balls into cookie shapes, simply mash them with a fork to flatten the balls, leaving them in the shape of a thin cookie with scratches in the middle. Then put the form to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour. Then just wait for it to cool before serving.
