Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Ingredients for a quarter teaspoon of black pepper. Two and a half tablespoons of butter. Minced clove of garlic. One and a half cups of heavy cream. Three tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese. Half a teaspoon of salt. A tablespoon of chopped parsley. Favorite pizza dough (enough for one dish). One cup of fried or fried chicken pieces. A cup of chopped mushrooms. 1 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves. Two cups of grated mozzarella cheese. Cooking method Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the garlic and stir for one minute until it changes color. Add the cooking cream and stir in the saucepan for 15-20 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to the mixture, stirring until the cream thickens. Remove the pan from the heat, add the chopped parsley and let cool slightly. Put the pizza dough on a baking sheet (with a non-stick coating) and grease it with the prepared cream. Add chicken pieces and mushroom slices on top of the cream. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the top layer. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15-20 minutes until the dough is ready and the cheese is melted.
Ingredients: Three and a half cups of flour. One and a half cups of warm water (or as needed). Two tablespoons of olive oil. One and a half tablespoons of sugar. A tablespoon of yeast and milk powder. A small spoonful of salt. Ingredients for salami: a cup of chopped salami and grated mozzarella cheese. Two tablespoons of hot sauce. Tomato Sauce Ingredients: Two cups of tomato juice. Two tablespoons of olive oil. a teaspoon of sugar. Half a teaspoon of oregano and hot pepper (ground hot pepper to taste). A clove of minced garlic. Salt and pepper. How to cook Prepare the tomato sauce: Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the garlic and stir until golden. Add the tomato juice and season the mixture with pepper, sugar, oregano, hot sauce and salt. Let the sauce simmer for seven minutes, or until slightly thick, then set it aside until it cools. Prepare the pizza: Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and let the mixture sit for five minutes. Mix: milk powder, salt and flour in an electric mixer on low speed. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and knead the ingredients for fifteen minutes, until the ingredients are combined with each other and a soft, smooth and elastic dough is obtained. Form the dough into a ball, place it in a greased pan, cover and leave to ferment for forty-five minutes, or until doubled in size. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface into a circle or rectangle, then place it on a floured baking sheet and place in the oven. Preheat the oven to two hundred and twenty degrees Celsius. Brush the pizza dough with the tomato sauce, then spread the salami and drizzle with a little hot sauce, then top with the cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes, or until done, then serve.
