Stages of preparation
1- Knead the dough by adding milk, water and butter until it becomes firm, cover and leave in a warm place for half an hour.

2- Roll out the gin and fill it with stuffing and cover like a dough for samsa, then close the edges together.

3- Grease a baking sheet with oil and place on it, then put in the oven for 15 minutes.

4- Bring a saucepan and put yogurt, milk, milk cream, flour and starch into it until they boil.

5- Mix well, then put the barak kebab on it, then put the pan.
