Very Easy Lemon Butter Pie

Preparation mode

In a bowl, beat sugar, butter and eggs until a homogeneous and lighter cream is formed.
Then add milk and lemon juice and mix some more.
Now, passing through a sieve, add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix again until the dough is smooth and without lumps of wheat flour.
Transfer the dough to a greased and floured tin (I used an 21 x 11 cm English pie tin), but you can use any type of tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes, or until you pierce the cake with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
When everything is ready, let it cool completely and remove the form.
In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and cream until smooth.
After that, just put it on a cold cake.
